1. What is included in a Creative Work Service Package?

Each package includes a fully customized website, social media integration, a digital store, access to legal consulting, copyright audits, LLC formation assistance, and research & development support.

2. How long does the service package last?

Each package is a 30-day service agreement, with 26 days of active work to ensure high-quality results.

3. What’s the difference between the Beginner and Standard tiers?

•Beginner Tier ($750): Includes essential services for creatives who need a strong foundation. You DO NOT make this payment at one time. See Question 13.

•Standard Tier ($1,500): Provides additional resources, deeper customization, and extended support. You DO NOT make this payment at one time. See Question 13.

4. How does the process work after I purchase a package?

Once you select a tier and complete payment, we’ll schedule a kickoff meeting to discuss your needs. Work begins within 24-48 hours, and you’ll receive updates throughout the 30-day period.

5. Can I upgrade my package after purchasing?

Yes! You can upgrade from the Beginner to the Standard tier within the first week of your service agreement.

6. What happens after the 30-day service period?

You’ll have a completed project with everything outlined in your package. If you need continued support, we offer follow-up consulting and additional services at a discounted rate for returning Creative Peers (clients).

7. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will ensure you receive everything outlined in your package.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for secure payments.

9. Is there a contract or service agreement?

Yes, every Creative Peers (client) agrees to our service terms before we begin work. This ensures transparency and protects both parties.

10. Can I request extra services outside of my package?

Yes! If you need additional creative or business services, we offer custom add-ons tailored to your needs.

11. Who is this service best for?

Our services are designed for creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, and brands who want to establish or strengthen their online presence with professional digital & physical assets.

12. How do I get started?

Getting started is simple! Just read through the services we provide, see if anything aligns with your needs, and make a note of what stands out to you. When you're ready, book your free service consultation call, and we’ll discuss how we can help you advance and succeed in the marketplace.

13. How Does the Payment Process Work?

To get started, you’ll first book a free service consultation call so we can fully understand the service package you need to advance and succeed in the marketplace.

Once we’ve outlined the best path forward, you’ll secure your spot by choosing either:

  • Tier 1 – $30

  • Tier 2 – $60

🔹 This initial payment is non-refundable but will be applied toward your full service package.

From there, your first payment is due 3 days after booking your spot. If it isn’t made by midnight, the amount will be added to your second payment.

📅 All following payments are made every 6 days until the final payment, which marks the completion of your service package. At that point, you’ll receive a full update covering your progress from start to finish.
